P.C.:- This is an Application for temporary relaxation of condition No. (iii) imposed upon the Applicant, while releasing him on bail by this Court by an Order dated 8th August, 2018. By the said condition, the Applicant has been directed to not to reside in Taluka Haveli till conclusion of the Trial.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is appearing for the T.Y. B.com. examination and his examination center is at Shiv Chatrapati Art's & Commerce College, Vidyanagar, Wadgaon Bd. Pune. The receipt of payment of fees for examination and the time table of the said examination is 1/3

ssm 2 502-appp1445.18.doc annexed at page Nos. 11 and 12 of the present Application. In view of the above, I am inclined to temporarily relaxed the said condition No.(iii) imposed upon the Applicant. Hence, the following order.

a) The Applicant is permitted to attend his examination at Shiv Chatrapati Art's & Commerce College, Vidyanagar Wadgaon Bd. Pune from 5th December 2018 to 8th December 2018 and from 10th December 2018 to 13th December 2018 between 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

b) It is made clear that, the Applicant shall withdraw himself from the jurisdiction of Taluka Haveli immediately after 10.30 a.m. on the aforestated dates and shall not remain in the said jurisdiction for any other reason.

c) It is made clear that, the Applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Taluka Haveli on 9th December 2018, when it is a holiday.

d) If the Applicant is found to have violated the aforestated liberty, the Applicant shall be liable for 2/3

Application is accordingly allowed, in the aforesaid terms. All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
