Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the application is made for regularisation of godown of the petitioner described in notice under Section 53(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 at page 11 before the respondent no.2. Statement is accepted.

MMRDA is directed to dispose of the said application on merit within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the respondent no.2 for information and compliance. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
