P.C. :- It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is suffering from frozen shoulder and teeth problem. The learned APP submits that the under-trial prisoner was provided with dental treatment and the general physical condition was also examined and was found to be suitable. The prisoner was provided regular medical treatment prescribed by the experts since his admission in jail. The health report was signed by the Chief Medical Officer on 04.09.2017. We have perused the said report. 2.
