This is an application for extension of time for furnishing sureties and facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 24th September 2018 in Bail Application No.2167 of 2018. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that pursuant to the said order the applicant has presented surety but verification is in process. He therefore prays that cash security may be extended for a period of four weeks.

Considering the submissions, the facility of cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- granted by this Court vide order dated 24th September 2018 in Bail Application No.2167 of 2018 is extended for a period of four weeks. Criminal Application No.1446 of 2018 is disposed off.
