This is an Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending her arrest in C.R.No.I-704/2018 registered with Kashimira Police Station for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Prashant Mohite, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. P.N. Dabholkar, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsels for the respective parties.

The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by 1/3

the victim alleging that the Applicant who is her mother, had compelled her to work in a dance bar. The co-accused Rajratan Shinde has already been released on bail by this Court. Considering the nature of accusations, this Court (Coram : Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) by order dated 19/12/2019 granted interim protection to the Applicant. Learned APP states that the Applicant has complied with the conditions of the interim bail order dated 19/12/2019. She further states that the investigation is completed and that the charge sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks. She states that the presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and particularly the nature of accusations, in my considered view, this is a fit case for grant of pre arrest bail. Hence, the Application is allowed on following terms and conditions :- (a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in C.R.No.I704/2018 registered with Kashimira Police Station, she shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount ; (b) The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed 2/3

of her current address and mobile contact numbers, and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 5.

The Application stands disposed of.
