By this petition, the petitioner has sought prayer for transfer of investigation to any other independent agency not under control of respondent Nos.7 and 8, alongwith ancillary prayers. This is a fresh matter in which notice has also not been issued.

When the petition was called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that permission may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to bring further substantial facts, documents and material on record. Since this petition is at the stage of admission where even notices have M.M.Salgaonkar

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition to place on record further substantial facts, documents and material that may be relevant to the prayers sought by the petitioner.
