By this Review Petition, the Review Petitioner seeks to recall the order dated 22nd November, 2022 on the grounds raised by the Petitioner in paragraph 6 of the Review Petition. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner invited our attention to the various findings rendered by the Division Bench of this Court while dismissing the writ petition on 22nd November, 2022 and submits that, various factual mistakes have occurred in the order. According to the Review Petitioner, various factual wrong and erroneous findings are recorded by the Division Bench. Nikita Gadgil

We have perused the order passed by the Division Bench on 22nd November 2022 and perused the various grounds raised by the Petitioner. Review Petitioner seeks to re-argue the entire matter on merits which has already been argued before the Division Bench of this Court. We do not find any error apparent on record. No case is made out for review under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
