Perused this application received through jail. The appellant has stated that he wants to discharge his Advocate in the Appeal and he wants legal aid.

The Advocate appointed by the appellant in the appeal is present. He has no objection if he is discharged.

Accordingly, we discharge the Advocate for the appellant. The High Court Legal Services Committee to appoint an Advocate to espouse the cause of the appellant. Accordingly, application is disposed of.
