Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant herein had preferred Criminal Writ Petition No. 295 of 2016 for quashing of C.R. No. 473 of 2015 on the ground of settlement. That the Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 29/01/2016 was pleased to quash the said First Information Report and the proceedings arising out of the same. He tendered a copy of the order dated 29/01/2016 in the Court. The said copy is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
