Heard. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been in custody since 24/3/2013. The first and also the second bail application was rejected by this Court (Coram:A.R. Joshi, J) on 7/2/2014 and 17/7/2015 respectively. It is true that the Application has been rejected by this Court on merits and therefore it would not be necessary to go into merits of the matter. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed-Rajgurunagar, Pune seized with Sessions Case No.241/2014 is hereby requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trail and conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible by 30/6/2018.
