Perused the affidavit of the second Respondent. The Applicants are the Writ Petitioners. Even going by the averments made in the application, we find that some of the Applicants have filed false affidavits/ undertakings in this Court stating that they were in possession of the premises in question. Faced with this difficulty, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw the application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
