By this civil application, the applicant is seeking condonation of two days delay in filing family court appeal, challenging the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2018 passed by the family court, Thane in petition no. A-264 of 2013. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in the civil application, we satisfy that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order : i.

Delay in filing the family court appeal is condoned. ii.
