Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, Petitioner was released on by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date: 2023.01.12 10:03:23 +0530 Covid-19 parole leave on 29th June, 2021. He has not surrendered SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE to jail and reported to be absconding.

Hence, the reliefs sought in this Petition cannot be considered.
