By this Civil Application, applicant husband is seeking condonation of one days delay in filing Family Court Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 17.05.2018 passed by Family Court, Thane in Petition No.A-67 of 2011 under section 13(1)(ia) (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 12 cam373-18.doc We are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed: A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
