After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. The Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

Considering the age of the victim boy i. e. five years, the learned Special Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
