Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for the State.

Civil Applications are filed by the applicants seeking permission to withdraw names of applicants from cause title of the Writ Petition.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we allow the Civil Applications in terms of 3 / 4

prayer clause (a). As a result, the interim order passed in writ petitions in respect of the land mentioned in prayer clause (a) of writ petitions stands vacated.

4. Learned AGP for the State does not have any serious objection for grant of request made in the civil applications by the applicants.

The learned counsel for the petitioners shall carry out amendment and delete the names of the applicants from the cause title of writ petitions within a week. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation determined in land acquisition proceedings, subject to handing over possession of the land in question to the respondents.

6.

List the Writ Petitions in the week commencing from 13.06.2019.
