This application is filed on behalf of the respondents to the writ petition praying for early date of hearing of the above writ petition.
Dusane 2/2 24 caw 1800.2017 The applicants contend that applicant no.1/ respondent no.2 is a senior citizen and a retired person. It is stated that the family of applicant no.2 includes his spouse, son and unmarried daughters and it is difficult for his family to remain without accommodation. Due to scarcity of accommodation, there are innumerable difficulties, which are faced by the applicants, as set out in detail in paragraph 5 of the petition. The contents of the civil application are not disputed by the respondents/ petitioners.
Considering the averments made in the Civil Application, it is in the interest of justice, that the same is allowed. It is accordingly allowed by directing the office to place this petition for early hearing. Let the writ petition be listed under the caption 'expedited matters/ senior citizens', in the week commencing 25 September 2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
