Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Perused the order of the Apex Court. The weekly cause-list of final hearing matters of service matters which was taken up by this Court in the last week had writ petitions right from the year 2002. Even on the weekly cause-list notified for this week, there are very old matter in large numbers listed.
