This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the Applicant by an Order dated 08.08.2017. By the said order, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has already furnished two sureties, however the verification of the documents of the Applicant is not yet completed.

It is to be noted here that the Applicant has been directed to be released on bail by an order dated 08.08.2017 and despite the said fact, he is still languishing in the jail. In view thereof, I am inclined to modify the said condition. Sneha Chavan 1/2

a) For a period of eight weeks, the Applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing cash surety of Rs.30,000/-. By the end of said period of eight weeks, the Applicant shall produce the duly verified documents of his own. b) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. c) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
