The said address has been furnished to the Applicant by the Respondent No.1. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the Applicant/Petitioner is allowed to carry out the amendment in the cause title of lgc

The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. On the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the Respondent No.2 at the corrected address, returnable on 04/02/2016. In addition to service of notice through Court, the advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner shall serve a private notice by Registered Post A.D. and/or by Courier service and/or by hand delivery on the Respondent No.2 and shall file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
