Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 27.06.2018 passed by the MACT Pune in MACP No.1255/2008 exonerating the liability of the Respondent Insurance Co. from payment of compensation and also for additional compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
