C.:- 1) Mr. Chate, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the investigation of present crime is completed and there is sufficient material to indict the Petitioners in the present crime. However, in view of the Order dated 23rd July 2018 the Investigating Agency has not filed charge-sheet till date.
