The petitioner was released on parole during the period from 15.8.2009 to 13.9.2009 i.e. for a period of 30 days. The case of the petitioner is that he has preferred two applications for extension of parole, however, the said applications are not decided and instead, prison punishment has been imposed on him.

jdk 2 12.crwp.4585.16.j.doc Learned A.P.P. on instructions states that both the applications of the petitioner have been rejected by order dated 27.12.2016. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere. Rule is discharged. Petition stands dismissed.
