DATE: JANUARY 08, 2020 P.C.:- The proceedings initiated under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking enhancement of compensation in favour of daughter is subject matter of challenge. Vide earlier order passed by the Family Court on 21/11/2016, the daughter was awarded maintenance of which enhancement is sought. Petitioner has every right to contest such plea of enhancement, which the Family Court is required to adjudicate based on legal claim. That being so, no case for interference at this stage is made out. Petition fails and same is dismissed.
