CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 576 OF 2018 Prayer is to condone delay of 46 days in filing the present appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application. The learned counsel for the respondents requests further time to file reply so as to oppose the aforesaid prayer. The record indicates that on earlier occasion, time was granted. Adjournment is therefore not granted on that count. The learned counsel opposes the prayer for condonation of delay being granted.
Considering the reasons which are found acceptable, the delay in filing the present appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
