The applicant was granted bail vide order dated 26th September 2018 by this Court in Bail application No.1484 of 2018. The applicant was directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.43 of 2018 registered at Pant Nagar Police Station on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/0 with one or more sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant has presented the surety but verification process is pending. Although applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 26th September 2018, he continues to be in custody. It is therefore prayed that for a temporary period of six weeks, the applicant be permitted to be released on furnishing cash security. 2.

Considering the fact that applicant is continued to be in custody in spite of order of bail passed by this Court on 26th September 2018 and verification of surety is in process, the relief as prayed for can be granted.

The order dated 26th September 2018 passed in Bail Application No.1484 of 2018 is modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/­ for a period of six weeks. Criminal Application No.1449 of 2018 stands disposed off.
