Both the counsel submit that matter is settled out of court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner may be permitted to delete Respondent nos.7 and 8 from the cause title of the petition. Same is permitted. Amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

Both the counsel submit that matter is settled out of court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 03.10.2018 duly signed by the Petitioner as well as Respondent nos.2 to 6.

Advocate for the Respondent submits that Respondent no.3 Dilip Gangaram Kale is holding power of attorney on behalf of Respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 and petitioner also.

Advocate for the Respondent no.2 bank submits that on behalf of Respondent no.2, Udaykumar V. Math is present in court. Both the persons entered into the witness box. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms as well as execution. Hence, Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertaking given in the Consent Terms is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. 3/4

No order as to costs.
