By this application, the applicant wants to substitute his name in place of the petitioner in the above writ petition. Mr. Warunjikar, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the petitioner in the above writ petition was the first informant in CR.No.55 of 2015 registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune. The petitioner was subsequently murdered. Mr. Warunjikar submits that the present applicant is the injured eye witness in the said CR. In these Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.12 APPW 519.15 circumstances, the applicant is allowed to substitute himself in place of the petitioner in the above writ petition. The criminal application is, accordingly, disposed of.
