This is an application made by the applicant through Post, seeking a speedy trial.

Learned APP submits that the case pertains to C.R. No.153/2015. The applicant is charged under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. On instructions, the learned APP further submits that the trial has commenced and two witnesses (I.O. and a Doctor) remain to be examined. 3.

Considering the charges levelled against the applicant which, if proved, would be punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, this application is disposed of with no orders for expediting the trial.
