By a reasoned order dated 14th December, 2017, the applicants were granted interim relief. The alleged role played by the applicants in the present crime has been briefly stated in the said order.

After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that for further investigation of present crime the custodial interrogation of the present applicants is not necessary.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an order dated 14th December, 2017 is hereby confirmed. However the condition of Shridhar Sutar
