The petitioner seeks categorization. Learned APP, upon instructions, states that as per 2010 guidelines the petitioner has been put in category 2(c) and, therefore, has to suffer 26 years of imprisonment. The intimation sent by the State Government to the Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison dated 22nd February, 2018 with copy of categorization order of same date is taken on record as Exhibit-A.

Grievance of the petitioner, therefore, does not survive. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 3.

A copy of this order be served upon the petitioner in jail.
