Urgent ad-interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (e) of the Petition which is reproduced hereunder : "(e)Pending hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court maybe pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to conduct Panchanama and prepare inventory of the belongings on the suit property in the presence of representatives of the Petitioner and handover the perishable goods to the Petitioner immediately;" 2.

The Respondent - State shall decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 within a period SSP 1/2
