Both the parents of the petitioner are citizens of United Kingdom (U.K.). The petitioner has also studied in U.K. and served there for a period of two years in HSBC. Though the petitioner is an Indian citizen, he wants to go to U.K.. However, he is unable to travel abroad as his passport is seized.

In these circumstances and in the interest of justice, we direct expeditious hearing of criminal case No.2248/PW/2017 by the concerned magistrate.
