The Petitioner's prayer is for demolishing of unauthorised construction of building called Sai Sahara Complex situated within the limits of Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation. 2.

One Shri. Vijay Chavan, Assistant Municipal Commissioner has filed affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.2 dated 29.07.2019 in which it is stated to the effect that upon inquiry it is found that building does not have necessary permission and that procedure is undertaken for demolishing the unauthorised construction. In view of the stand taken by the authorities, no further directions are required to be issued in this petition.
