1] Having heard the learned parties through their Counsel, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 University to submit proposal for grant of approval for starting new law college to the petitioner trust. Let the said proposal be submitted by the University within a week from today before respondent No.1. On receipt of same, the respondent No.1 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible but not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of such recommendation/ proposal.
