Arguments in the matter were already concluded on 16th March 2023. By Order dated 16th March 2023, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought to take instructions as to whether the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings or not. 2.

Today, on instructions the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with a liberty to take out appropriate proceedings. Leave to withdraw the Petition is granted with liberty as prayed.
