Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and intervening the child Aryan by us in chamber, we are of the opinion that the order dated 02.02.2018 passed by this court in this Civil Application to continue till further orders with liberty to the Applicant to take out appropriate Application for same cause of action in the month of November 2018, which will be decided on merits after hearing both the parties.
