This Application is made for extension of time for depositing the balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that today is the last date to deposit the last instalment of Rs.10,00,000/-, however, the applicant is not having that much fund to deposit the amount today, so he may be allowed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and seeks four weeks time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/-.

The amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is to be deposited till 30th November, 2018 and the remaining amount of Rs.8,00,000/- is to be deposited in the Sessions Court, Greater Bombay till 19th December, 2018.
