This application has been filed by the applicant Shri Krishna Babani Damodalekar seeking leave of the court to intervene in the proceeding of the related writ

Priya Soparkar 2 1 caw 2906-17 in wp 13883-17.doc petition being Writ Petition No.13883 of 2017. Learned counsel for the original petitioner submits that applicant is in no way connected with the subject matter of the writ petition. Therefore, his intervention is not called for. 3.

Be that as it may, after hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the materials on record, liberty is granted to the applicant to participate in the proceeding of the related Writ Petition No.13883 of 2017 as intervenor. Applicant as intervenor would have a right to make submission at the time of hearing of the writ petition.
