Mr.Ramamurthy, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from service and the order of dismissal has since been challenged in a fresh Original Application before the tribunal. Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of this writ petition as well as liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the tribunal. 2.

Permitted to be withdrawn. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. All contentions are left open for the petitioner to urge before the tribunal in the original application that he has already filed.
