Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents No. 7 to 11 fairly states that the order of status-quo granted by this Court by order dated 30/12/2016 may be continued till the disposal of RTS Appeal No. 768 of 2016 which is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Haveli. He, however, requests that the RTS Appeal No. 768 of 2016 may be decided expeditiously.

In this view of the matter, following order.

(i) The status-quo granted by this Court by order dated 1/2

27. wp 415.17.doc 30/12/2016 to continue till the disposal of the RTS Appeal No. 768 of 2016 pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Haveli.

(ii) The Sub-Divisional Officer, Haveli is directed to decide the RTS Appeal No. 768 of 2016 on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of 3 months from today.

(iii) All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.

I may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
