1] This is an application for grant of interim bail for a period of one month.
2] It is submitted that there is nobody in the family to look after the father of the applicant who has been operated on 11th December, 2019, except the present applicant. Accordingly, it
2 (13)App-455-19.docx is submitted that interim bail for a period of one month be granted to the applicant to enable him to look after his father. 3] The prayer made by the applicant is opposed by the learned APP on the ground that the applicant was already released on interim bail for a period of one month by the learned Sessions Judge. It is submitted that the application moved for extension of interim bail has been rejected on valid grounds.
4] Admittedly applicant was released on interim bail for the period of one month and he did not misuse the liberty granted to him. Considering the facts and circumstances and medical papers produced on record in support of the application, I am inclined to release the applicant on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release. Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1] Application is allowed.
2] Applicant Ranjit Mohan Angale shall be released on bail for the period of one month on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

4] Bail be furnished before trial court.
