Co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 25th November, 2019 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2567 of 2019.

The learned APP on instructions submits that role attributed to the present applicant is the same which is attributed to the applicant to whom anticipatory bail is granted.

In view of the said facts, following order is passed:

908-ABA-28162019.odt In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 225 of 2019 registered with Juhu Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.

He shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.

He shall furnish the particulars of his latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, to the Investigating Ofcer of the police station concerned within seven days from today.

He shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to infuence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

Application is disposed of.
