The Appellant has deposited the amount of Rs. 47,81,290/- with the executing Court, viz., Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Thane. In view thereof, the operation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed. The amount deposited is to be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.
