The Additional Sessions Judge Vaduj, Satara by judgment and order dated 11/08/2017 in Sessions Case No. 8 of 2014 convicted and sentenced the applicant under Section 302 read with 34 of IPC. Being aggrieved thereby the petitioner has preferred Criminal Appeal Stamp No.1050 of 2017. 2.

As there is delay of 45 days in preferring the Appeal, 1/2

4. appa 1701.17.doc the applicant has preferred Criminal Application 1700 of 2017 praying for condonation of delay in filing the said Appeal. The applicant has also preferred Criminal Application No. 1702 of 2017 wherein he has prayed for bail.

In the present application, the applicant has prayed that an Advocate from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in his Appeal as well as in all his applications. 4.

In view of the prayer made, we appoint Ms.Rohini Dandekar who is on the panel of Advocates of High Court, Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant in his Appeal as well as his Applications No. 1700 of 2017 and 1702 of 2017. Application is allowed in the above terms.
