Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner for some time. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

It is made clear that rival contentions of the parties, on merit, are left open. It is also made clear that parties are at liberty to explore the possibility of settlement. If they arrive at an amicable settlement, the same can be produced before the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, who will act on the same.
