This is an application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R. No.147 of 2017 registered with M.R.A. Marg police station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 471 r/w 34 of the IPC. 2.
By order dated 15/11/2017 the Applicant was granted interim bail. He was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer to join the process of investigation.

Learned APP states that the Applicant has co-operated with 1/3
the investigation and that the investigation as far as the present Applicant is concerned, is concluded and charge-sheet against him will be filed within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the Intervenor/Complainant states that the Complainant has already received notice for recording supplementary statement.

Learned APP states that there are some other accused whose role needs to be ascertained and investigation is in progress as far as the other accused are concerned. Learned APP states that presence of the present Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation.

In the light of the said statement and also considering the fact that the Applicant is on interim bail since the year 2017 and that he has joined investigation, interim bail granted on 15/11/2017 stands confirmed.

The Applicant is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 2/3

The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 9.
The application stands disposed of.
