As per the previous order dated 13th February, 2020 passed by this Court, the consent terms are placed on record, which are signed by the petitioner and the respondent nos. 2 to 4. The consent terms are also signed by the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and it is marked as Exh.-X. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that that petition can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms and interim order passed by this Court can be continued by consent for a period of 4 weeks.

Hence, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate for a period of 4 weeks after which, it shall stands automatically vacated without reference to the Court. 3.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms at Exh.X.
