Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

By this Petition, the Petitioners have sought a direction to the Respondent No.4 - the Chairman of the Standing Committee of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to consider the proposal of the Petitioners in respect of relaxation of condition. Learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation states that in fact, on 30 September 2019 itself the proposal of the Petitioners has been rejected. The main prayer of the Petitioners to direct the Standing Committee to decide the proposal therefore does not survive. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by this decision of 30 September 2019 and other rights of the
