Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lad, learned Counsel for the respondent in both the Petitions. 2.
The Petitions were heard at length yesterday and were kept today for passing orders. Mr. Patil states that petitioner was present in the Court yesterday and today also he is present. He has tendered photocopy of petitioner's Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Patil seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions. Mr. Lad has no objection.
